So, how do we work?

Once you have completed our booking form, and paid your £10 refundable deposit, we will send you a printable label with full instructions on how to prepare and pack your battery for shipping.

Pack up your battery, and it will be collected from your door by UPS.

We will inspect and test your battery and email you a quote and report.

If you decide to go ahead with our rebuild service, we will… replace the original cells with
EVE 35V 18650 Lithium cells. Charge and test your pack before sending it, or them back to you via UPS.

Cost: We charge a flat fee of £5.50 per cell we replace.* The cost includes:

  1. Collection and delivery to your front door.

  2. Inspection, rebuilding, charging and testing of your battery pack.

  3. The disposal and recycling of your old/dead cells.

  4. A full 12 month warranty.

EXAMPLE OF COSTS:

Standard Lithium Battery pack. 4S 3P = 12 cells at £5.50  = £66.

A bigger Lithium Battery pack. 3S 7P = 21 cells at £5.50 = £115.50

On average a 20% to 25% saving on buying a new battery and we dispose and recycle your old battery!

*In most cases we will need to replace all cells as you CAN’T mix old cells with new. Plus, all cells replaced must be balanced.

We also manufacture and supply replacement Lithium Battery Packs for Acorn Curved Stairlifts

The battery on my Wisper electric bike was getting slower and kept cutting out. Chris took the battery tested it and concluded the battery cells need to be changed. It took two days, and it now works like new!
